We recently read Simon Sinek’s book ‘Start with Why’ and it really got us thinking about how we can all use our Why to supercharge our organisations, to achieve our goals and to build better businesses.
So, what’s your Why?

This shouldn’t be the norm, but unfortunately it is.
After seeing and experiencing this time and again, we became frustrated with the way many accountants behaved. They didn’t care about customer service, or about putting the customer first. About really helping them, and we knew something had to change. And that’s why Complete HQ was born.
Businesses want an accountant who can help them grow their business, someone who’s proactive, who returns their calls. Someone who’s passionate about helping them get to where they want to be. Someone who can teach them to manage their finances and work with them to streamline their business and take it to the next level. Someone who’s just a call, text, or email away. Who can answer their questions and get back to them that same day. Who gives them the peace of mind they need that they’re on the right track. An accountant who can challenge them to think differently about what they do and why they do it.
